Back-order means the item is currently out of stock. However, the shop continues to accept orders with the promise to ship it as soon as it’s available.

Please note that dispatching back-ordered items typically takes 7-10 business days.

If you order a mix of in-stock and back-ordered items, we’ll dispatch everything together once the back-ordered items arrive.

If a back-ordered item proves difficult to obtain or if there are a large number of back-orders, dispatch times may be longer than usual. In some cases, we may need to cancel your order. Please note that we have not had to cancel any orders up to this point.
