Q. I’m planning a trip to Japan. Can I have the product delivered to my hotel?
A. Yes, of course. Please let us know the exact dates of your hotel stay.

Q. What if the hotel I’m staying at in Japan cannot accept the product I purchased from Whisky Nights?
A. We can also send the product to a designated Yamato Transport branch anywhere in Japan. You can pick up the product there.

Q. When will I receive the order confirmation email?
A. You will receive an order confirmation email automatically after placing your order.

Q. How is the invoice issued?
