A. Yes, you can. Please order at least a week before your hotel stay, and then let us know the exact dates.

[tap] How to Receive Your Purchases at a Hotel in Japan

If you’d like to have your items delivered to a hotel in Japan, please follow these steps during the checkout process:

Billing details: Enter your own information such as your home country address, phone number, and email address.
Shipping address: Check the box for “Deliver to a different address?” and enter the name of the person who made the hotel reservation, as well as the hotel’s address. Additionally, in the “Order notes (optional)” section, please provide your check-in date.

After that, we will contact the hotel to verify your stay. Once the hotel confirms your stay dates, we will send the package to the hotel to coincide with your check-in date.

When placing your order, please ensure to allow sufficient time (e.g., more than a week) for delivery.

Q. What if the hotel I’m staying at in Japan cannot accept the product I purchased from Whisky Nights?
A. We can also send the product to a designated Yamato Transport branch anywhere in Japan. You can pick up the product there. Please ask for details.

Payment and invoice

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Q. When will I receive the order confirmation email?
A. You will receive an order confirmation email automatically after placing your order.

Q. How is the invoice issued?
A. The invoice will be emailed to you within a few days after we confirm that you have received the product.
