Baker's

Baker’s is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Jim Beam, part of Beam Suntory, in Kentucky, United States. Named after Baker Beam, a member of the Beam family, it forms part of the brand’s Small Batch Collection. As a bourbon, it follows the traditional American whiskey regulations, including a mash bill with a majority of corn and maturation in new charred oak barrels.

Baker’s is typically released with an age statement and a relatively high alcohol strength compared to standard bourbon bottlings. Within the Jim Beam portfolio, it is positioned as a more robust and structured expression. Its role within the Small Batch range and its traditional production methods define its place within the Kentucky bourbon category.
