Littlemill

Littlemill was a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in West Dunbartonshire, Scotland. With origins dating back to at least the 18th century, it is often cited as one of Scotland’s oldest licensed distilleries. Production ceased in 1996, and the distillery was later demolished, making existing bottlings part of the closed distillery category.

Remaining releases are drawn from maturing casks and are typically issued as limited editions. Compared to active Lowland distilleries, Littlemill is positioned as a rare and historical whisky. Its closed status and limited remaining stock define its place within the collectible segment of Scotch whisky.
