How to Order Whisky to Your Hotel: A Simple Guide

Once you’ve added your desired whisky to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow these steps for hotel delivery:

Billing Details: Enter your personal billing information, including your home country address, phone number, and email address.
Note: If you encounter issues selecting your country in the address field, please enter the hotel’s address as a temporary measure.

Shipping Address: Check the box for “Deliver to a different address?” and enter the name of the person who made the hotel reservation, as well as the hotel’s address and name. Additionally, in the “Order notes (optional)” section, please provide your check-in date.

After that, please complete your payment.

• Hotel Acceptance: Some hotels may not accept package deliveries. If your hotel does not allow this service, please reach out to us for assistance.
