Kanosuke Single Cask Mizunara 10th Anniversary is a commemorative bottling for the 10th anniversary of Mizunara The Shop, which has locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.
This limited-edition, single-cask release was matured for 58 months (approximately 4.8 years) in a first-fill Knob Creek rye cask. Only 222 bottles were produced. The label features a striking, nature-inspired painting by artist Saumya Bharati.
Kanosuke Single Cask Mizunara 10th Anniversary Tasting Note
Nose: Fresh fruit notes of green apple and apricot unfold, exquisitely balanced with warming spices like cinnamon and a subtle hint of caramel.
Palate: A honey-like sweetness and rich vanilla transition into flavours of caramel popcorn and grapefruit candy, creating a continuous interplay of flavours.
