YUZA is a Japanese whisky brand produced by Yuza Distillery in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Operated by Kinryu Co., Ltd., the distillery began whisky production in 2018 and has quickly gained recognition for its clean, sweet and fruity house style.

The portfolio includes single malt Japanese whisky and blended Japanese whisky expressions, ranging from annual releases to limited bottlings featuring various cask types. Compared with more established Japanese whisky distilleries, YUZA represents a newer generation of producers whose character continues to evolve as stocks mature. Its fruit-driven spirit style, diverse maturation programme and modern approach to whisky making distinguish it within the contemporary Japanese whisky landscape.
