Important Notice: DHL Shipping Rate Increases in 2027 for Lightweight Shipments (1–3 Bottles)

We would like to inform you of an important change to our international shipping rates, which will apply to orders placed from 2027 onwards.

DHL reviews its shipping rates annually, and the changes scheduled for 2027 will have a significant impact on our international deliveries.

In particular, shipping costs for lightweight consignments weighing 6 kg or less (typically containing 1–3 bottles) are expected to increase substantially.

Until now, we have had a special agreement with DHL for lightweight shipments, allowing us to offer our customers more affordable shipping rates. Unfortunately, this preferential arrangement will no longer be available from 2027, making it difficult for us to maintain our current shipping prices.

Note:
– Please note that orders containing just one bottle will be among those most significantly affected by these increases.
– Shipping costs are subject to change depending on fuel surcharges and DHL’s seasonal surcharges.

The extent of the increase varies depending on the destination, with more distant destinations generally experiencing a greater impact. In particular, shipping costs to Europe are expected to rise by more than 90% compared with the previous rates.

These changes are due to revisions to DHL’s pricing structure and contractual terms. We will continue to do our best to offer our customers the most competitive shipping rates possible. However, combined with the continued rise in fuel surcharges in recent years, these changes present a considerable challenge for our business.

Ordering Multiple Bottles

The revised rates will have the greatest impact on lightweight shipments, particularly orders containing 1–3 bottles.

However, by ordering several bottles together, you can reduce the relative shipping cost per bottle.

We therefore encourage you to consider purchasing multiple bottles in a single order, which may help to minimise the impact of the increased shipping costs.
