This Kanosuke whisky was bottled to commemorate the inaugural Whisky & Spirits Fes Saga 2024, held on June 2nd, 2024. It features heavily peated malt, matured in a bourbon barrel from 2020 to 2024, and is bottled as a single cask, with only 201 bottles produced.

The figure depicted on the label is Shigenobu Okuma, a prominent figure from Saga, who was a politician and educator active from the late Edo period through the Meiji and Taisho eras. He served as the 8th and 17th Prime Minister of Japan. He is known for promoting modernization policies such as land tax reform and railway construction, establishing constitutional government, and founding Waseda University. He significantly contributed to the modernization of Japan.

While this whisky is a single cask, it appears that a cask number is not assigned. It is occasionally seen that Kanosuke single cask whiskies are not assigned cask numbers (such as Crane & Sky). Also, this product does not originally come with a box.
